SHAUNDRA B. DAILY (Shani B.) earned her doctorate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is currently a professor of the practice in Electrical and Computer Engineering & Computer Science at Duke University where she serves as Backbone Director of the Alliance for Identity-Inclusive Computing Education, Faculty Director of the Duke Technology Scholars program, and Education and Workforce Development Director for the Athena AI Institute
